If website registration is not available, please use a 3" x 5" card and include the following information: bride's name, groom's name, permanent mailing address, city, state, zip code, bride's phone number, groom's phone number, and planned wedding date. Each entry has an equal chance to win. Limit of one entry per couple. Limited to United States couples who are planning a wedding and who are 18 years of age or older. The winning couple will be selected in a random drawing which will be held by Bride & Groom Magazine, Inc. on or about March 1, 2012. The winner will receive five nights' accomodation for two with the all-inclusive program, which includes all meals, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), non-motorized water sports, and land sports and classes, as well as a couples massage. This voucher for this prize is to be valid from March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013, is non-transferable, and is subject to availability at time of booking. Airfare is not included. The approximate value of this prize is $3,700. Based upon double occupancy. All other incidental charges are the responsibility of the certificate holder. Confirmation based upon presentation of the voucher. No cash value. Any unused portion may not be refunded. Package amenities may not be substituted for any other amenity.
